Return shipping is free if the return is due to a GlowCareJO error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), and paid by the customer for personal preference returns.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

At GlowCareJO, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer if the return is due to personal preference.
